Ingredients

  • 3 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • ½ cup butter
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 green onions, sliced

Topping

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • Extra bacon crumbles
  • Green onions

Instructions

Step 1

Boil potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes until fork tender.

Drain well.

Step 2
