Digital Products
All sales of digital products, downloadable content, memberships, subscriptions, guides, and digital materials are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once access has been provided.
Physical Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pinkworldstation@gmail.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A description of the issue
Approved claims may qualify for:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- A refund, at our discretion
Affiliate Products
Some products featured on Pink World Station are sold and fulfilled by third-party retailers and affiliate partners. Refunds, exchanges, and returns for those purchases are subject to the policies of the retailer from which the item was purchased.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or fulfilled. Once an order has been processed, shipped, or delivered, it may not be eligible for cancellation.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Digital downloads
- Memberships and subscriptions
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Affiliate products purchased through third-party retailers
