Ingredients
Meatloaf
- 2 pounds ground beef (80/20)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Glaze
- ¾ cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.
Step 2
In a large bowl combine:
- Ground beef
- Breadcrumbs
- Eggs
- Onion
- Garlic
- Milk
- Worcestershire sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
Mix until just combined.
Step 3
Shape into a loaf and place on prepared baking sheet.
Step 4
Mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard.
Spread half the glaze over the meatloaf.
Step 5
Bake for 45 minutes.
Remove and spread remaining glaze over the top.
Bake another 15-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Step 6
Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
