Creamy Tuscan Chicken Recipe (Easy One-Pan Dinner)

This creamy Tuscan chicken recipe features tender chicken breasts in a rich garlic parmesan sauce with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. An easy restaurant-quality dinner made in one pan.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

Step 1

Season chicken with:

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a large skillet.

Cook chicken 5-6 minutes per side until golden.

Remove from skillet.

Step 3

Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.

Pour in chicken broth.

Scrape up browned bits.

Step 4

Add:

  • Heavy cream
  • Parmesan
  • Italian seasoning

Simmer until slightly thickened.

Step 5

Stir in:

  • Spinach
  • Sun-dried tomatoes

Cook until spinach wilts.

Step 6

Return chicken to skillet.
