How TMZ & Mainstream Media’s Cyber Bullying Led To Harassment & Swatting Pranks On Nicki Minaj’s Family

Nicki Minaj is fighting far more dangerous entities than radio stations and streaming services playlisting. This is a battle of the evil and darkness that looms unhinged, in the spirit of those that are unable to take what she has by force or manipulation. Every calculated effort to bring Nicki to her knees have failed.

Industry blackballing and smear campaigns that would have crippled any other artist-saw her emerge as the ultimate survivor. Instead of retreating in defeat or laying down their sword, labels and particular artist have chosen instead to take their dark ideologies, jealousy, greed and spread them amongst the people as propaganda. Creating a toxic cesspool of deranged lunatics amongst true female rap fans and weaponized them as their attack dogs.

On June 5, 2023, law enforcement responded to Nicki Minaj’s Los Angeles home after receiving a malicious and false allegation of child abuse. Law enforcement then responded a second time to the home for a fictitious claim of the home being on fire. Minaj’s and Kenneth Petty’s 2-year-old son was at the home when officers responded and blessedly both times were without incident.

Nicki Minaj and her family were victims of swatting. Swatting is intentionally making a false police report claiming an urgent or violent crime is taking place to lure law enforcement or SWAT teams to an address. Instead of being grateful for having life, the shelter dogs were swatting Nicki and her family so the bitter fool pulling their strings could get a laugh, banking on what they thought would be a “one up” on Nicki. They galvanized and emboldened the vermin and vagrants they refer to as a fanbase to harass Nicki and her family after everything else has failed.

               Virtual Warfare

Nicki Minaj and bad headlines had become synonymous during the hate train. Everywhere you looked, negative press and biased urban media outlets hammering down on the anti-woman narrative curated by certain industry entities and labels. Well, we saw how that worked for them. However, what they put in place is the most dangerous aspect of all the hate Nicki received.

Ordinary people who bought into the “Nicki is bad” narrative and allowed that to shape and navigate their viewpoint, to the extent of becoming mouthpieces for a certain record label and the rotten fruit it bore. Because the temperature was set for Nicki by them, all they have to do is stroke the anger they instilled in those “fans” towards her. The more disrespectful and vile they are on social media, the more they get rewarded. Condoning and incentivizing twisted abhorrent behavior with follow backs, cash apps, Venmo’s and interactions to compensate for ugliness and a lack of talent. The audacity of these btchs.

So, it wouldn’t take much for that group of vermin to act in the evillest of ways and have Nicki swatted. Knowing they wouldbe putting a 2-year-old child’s safety on the line and a potential victim to their bullshit. But they needed the cash app. For the black community, swatting is not a joke. We have a very well documented and contentious history with law enforcement, so why would anyone think this would be acceptable. Anyone not publicly condemning this horrible and disgusting act is a part of the problem.  There are very real consequences to swatting and sometimes its death.

In December 2017, a phone call was placed to the Wichita Police Dept. dispatch, by a video gamer known as Tyler BarrisBarris alleged to have “shot his father in the head” and to beholding his mother, brother and sister hostage in the home. Law enforcement arrived at the address given by Barris and an unsuspecting Andrew Finch, a 28-year old Marine veteran answered the door. Mr. Finch opened the door and a Wichitapolice officer fired his weapon, shooting Mr. Finch to death. Mr. Finch’s children, ages 7 and 2 were in the home when this senseless tragedy occurred. A swatting gone wrong.

Mr. Finch paid with his life because video gamers lost a $1.50 bet and gave the wrong address. Two children watched their father be shot to death, a mother lost her son due to a random act of childishness on the internet gone wrong. Who do you blame the officer or the people who put this nonsense in motion?

Cowards hiding behind the comfort of anonymity and a computer screen destroyed a family and traumatized those children for the rest of their lives. They didn’t pull the trigger, but they were the catalyst for the death of Mr. Finch. Everyone associated with the swatting was charged.

What pisses me off the most is the cavalier reporting of Nicki’s family and home being swatted. Of course, TMZ was the first to publish the article and it trickled down everywhere else. If you paid attention to the TMZ article you noticed the picture they chose to use.  Instead of highlighting how Minaj and her family were placed in imminent danger, TMZ choose to use a image of Nicki in complete chaos at a meet in greet. It reeked of stan shit and disrespect. TMZ reported extensively on the death of George Floyd and the subsequentriots, Eric Garner and Breonna Taylor-so they know the swatting of Nicki Minaj and her family could have had a different ending. Even in crisis she is still disrespected.

However, anyone with a brain can see TMZ’s distant for Minaj and her family from a mile away. Check any article they’ve written about her in the last 6 years and you’ll quickly see how they continue to push negative portrayals of her, not to mention they sponsored a whole documentary using her image to uplift her nemesis, Cardi B. There is this secret narrative amongst industry players and urban media outlets that empathy towards Nicki, will somehow disrupt the universe. It’s that empathy humanizes her and goes against the storyline they have fed the public. Empathy would level the playing field of the sympathy so many female rappers thrive from. Technically they must seek sympathy-cause the sales say otherwise.

More black people lose their lives at the hands of law enforcement than any other racial group. Since George Floyd’s murder by a Minnesota police officer in 2020, 229 black people have been killed by law enforcement. So why are we allowing stans play with black lives? Don’t they still matter?

On March 30, 2020, 26-year-old Breona Taylor was shot and killed in her Louisville Kentucky apartment, when 7 police officers forced entry into her home with a no knock warrant. This was supposed to be an investigation into alleged drug dealing activities within the home. Ms. Taylor’s boyfriend, Kenneth Walker, assumed the officers were intruders and fired a warning shot at them. In return, the Louisville, Kentucky officers fired 32 shots with 6 of them hitting and killing Ms. Taylor. Mr. Walker says law enforcement never announced themselves; they claimed they did. This tragedy gripped the country with such racially charged discourse that the first African American Attorney General of Kentucky was called a “coon” on national television.

A movement was sparked because of the wayward and excessive police tactics that caused the untimely death of Ms. Taylor; the protection of black women. Only the movement for the protection of black women was as fake as some of these female rappers Apple Music Streams. Where were the warriors for the protection of Nicki when she had law enforcement show up to her home, isn’t she a black woman? Who stood up to protect her son? I would think the child’s life matter more than the narratives they play fast and loose with.

As the news of Nicki being swatted started unfolding on social media, fingers began to point at a particular female rapper and its gang of vermin. So, it wasn’t long before the failed science experiment erroneously referred to as blogger tried to “get in front of it” by denouncing the actions of its vermin siblings.

We are at a critical moment in social media. Labels and artists have emboldened stans to carry out felonies that could result in the loss of someone’s life. Swatting is not a joke. Having law enforcement respond to danger under the guise of protecting other people lives and their own can cause them to make split second decisions resulting in death. All for a giggle and a few cash app dollars, people are willing to go to the pits of hell for a drag and a celebrity allegiance.

The fruit (vermin) will always bear the traits of the tree (rat face). And the tree will bear the traits of the hands that planted it (the label).
